Harriet Tubman

Harriet Tubman was a famous black leader. To start with Harriet Tubman was intelligent by thinking about running away and coming back to get the slaves and take them to a safe place. Second she was a hard-worker by going to the pond and setting all the muskrats free. When she set them free, she was worried that she was going to get caught, but she did it anyway. Third she was determined. She never gave up her dream for her to be free. Also her dad was supporting her all the time. Finally she was freedom-loving, by escaping and then going back and risking her life to get hundreds of slaves to freedom.

Swimming Pool

One day my family and I went swimming in our pool. When it was time to get out, our mom asked my siblings to watch me. My brothers, Austin and Shelby, went inside and left me with my sister Renee. What do you no? She went inside too! So I got into the pool by myself. Then our mom came outside and saw that I wasn’t outside so she went inside to ask our dad if he saw me come in. He said “No.”Mom shouted “pool!” She ran to jump into the pool and saw that I was at the bottom, so my mom yelled to call a hospital. A helicopter came and took me to a hospital and got an IV in me. It took me a couple of days to open my eyes. I was in the hospital for a couple of days. It was terrible.
